Happy Birthday Mamaw!

Happy Birthday to my Mamaw!  She passed away in January but I still miss her.  I wanted to share a quick memory that's always been one of my favorites.  I feel like I was always eating when I was with her.  One of my favorite foods was  Ore Ida Crispers.  She would fry them in her Fry Daddy to make them extra crispy! Man, were they good!  I always remember her pulling that greasy thing out and fixing them and then letting us eat a whole plate full on the kitchen counters! Yes, we use to crawl up on the counters and eat our snacks, watching t.v. 
p.s. If you saw this corner and this counter it was high and small haha! We LOVED doing that!  That is one of my all time favorite memories!  When you think about how much you miss someone you really have to just remember all those great times you had together!  

In the spirit of Birthdays, I made some funfetti cookies for a cookout we're going to tonight and to celebrate Mamaw's birthday!  These cookies are quite addicting but, most people say they are too sweet.  They pair best with a big glass of milk.  If you're curious for the recipe its right on the outside of the Funfetti box!
